Written Permission. Any employee desiring leave of absence must obtain permission in writing from the Company for such leave, except in cases of illness or injury covered by Section 1 above.

(b) During an authorized leave of absence, an employee shall maintain and accumulate seniority.
(c) In any instance where it is proven that an employee has accepted other employment without the written consent of the Supervisor/Market Manager, when on leave of absence or vacation or while on full time employment with the Company, his employment shall be terminated.

(a) Let people stay at your property for more than four weeks who you did not tell us about on the housing application.
(b) Carry out alterations to the property
