Accumulation of entitlements. (a) All Employees (including full-time, part-time and fixed term Employees) shall commence accruing all leave entitlements from the date of commencing employment. (b) For periods of employment of less than one month's duration, Employees shall be paid accrued recreation leave entitlements on a pro rata basis from the date they commenced employment.
