Accumulation of Sick Days. Sick Days contributed to the Bank shall accumulate and remain in the Bank from year to year except as they are expended by authorization of the Committee. Sick Days shall accrue no interest in the Bank. 11.2.4.1 Sick Days contributed to the Bank by Participants and by the District shall become property of the Bank. No assignment or transfer of Sick Days shall be permitted, except by the Committee in accordance with these bylaws. Termination of employment for any reason shall result in forfeiture of the right to withdraw Sick Days from the Bank for any reason.
