Accumulative Leave Clause Samples

Accumulative Leave. As of September 1, 1985, all Teachers employed shall be entitled to ten (10) sick leave days each school year as of the first official day of said school year whether or not they report for duty on that day. Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit. Sick leave for Teachers employed after the first day of school in September shall be pro-rated on the basis of one day per month.
Accumulative Leave. Accumulated leave covers sick leave, family days, and personal business days. Accumulative leave will accrue at the rate of 18 days per year to a maximum of 250 days, as described below.

Accumulative Leave. All twelve (12) month Secretaries employed shall be entitled to twelve (12) sick leave days each year as of the first official day of the contract year, whether or not they report for work on that day. Sick leave for Secretaries entering the school district during the contract year will be pro-rated on the basis of one (1) day per month for each full month of employment. Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit.
Accumulative Leave. Teachers participating in the Focus and Priority School will earn additional hours of accumulative leave to be used in accordance with the current leave provisions of the CBA. Teachers at Discovery Elementary will earn 6 additional hours of accumulative leave and teachers at Talahi and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will earn 8 additional hours of accumulative leave. Accumulative leave deductions will be for actual time lost to the nearest 15 minutes, with a whole day absence being deducted at 8 hours on any extended days.

  • Accumulated Sick Leave ‌ The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.

  • Accumulation of Vacation Leave For each month of a fiscal year in which an employee receives ten (10) days pay, he shall earn vacation leave at the following rates:

  • Sick Leave Accumulation (a) An employee is eligible to accumulate sick leave with full pay at the rate of 16 working hours for each 173 1/3 hours of service. (b) The maximum number of days of sick leave which may be awarded to an employee during any consecutive twenty (20) year period of service shall not exceed 3840 hours.
