Accuracy of Customer Data. As between Athelas and Customer, Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all Customer Data. Customer Data will be included in and treated as Customer’s Confidential Information under the Service Agreement.
