Return of Customer Data. During the Term of the Agreement, Customer can extract Customer Data and for sixty (60) days thereafter (“Extraction Period”), unless otherwise set forth in the Services Description. Service Provider will - subject to Service Provider’s right to use Customer Data in anonymized form as provided for in section 3.6, delete Customer Data or at least block such data upon the expiration of the Extraction Period.

Return of Customer Data. For a period of 7 days after termination of this MSA, Customer Data remains stored in the Application Services. At the conclusion of the 7-day period, Adverity shall delete the Customer Data from the Application Services and shall destroy any corresponding documents under its control, except to the extent that Adverity is bound by law to continue storing such Customer Data.

Return of Customer Data. Upon termination of this Agreement, Conga shall return Customer Data maintained in the Service in a PostGreSQL format at no fee, within 15 business days from the date of termination. If Customer requests Customer Data in a custom format Customer shall pay time and materials for such custom format (as agreed upon by Conga and Customer). Conga shall delete all Customer Data from the Service within a reasonable time after delivery of Customer Data. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer can download Customer’s documents and files stored in the Service, in the format they are stored, at any time during Customer’s access to the Service.

Return of Customer Data. You have thirty (30) days from the date of termination your Reseller Application subscription term in which to request a copy of Customer Data, which will be made available to You in a .csv format. Any modifications to such Customer Data made by the Reseller Application outside of the Platform (if any) will not be captured in Customer Data as returned and the return of any such modified data shall be the responsibility of Reseller.

Return of Customer Data. Within thirty (30) days after the effective date of applicable termination or expiration, Athelas will make any Customer Data stored on the Software available upon written request to Customer.

Return of Customer Data. After termination or expiration of this Agreement or the applicable Subscription Service, upon Customer’s written request, ServiceNow will provide any Customer Data in the Subscription Service to Customer in ServiceNow’s standard database export format at no additional charge. Customer must submit such request to ServiceNow within 45 days after termination or expiration of this Agreement or the Subscription Service. ServiceNow is not obligated to maintain or provide any Customer Data after such 45- day period and will, unless legally prohibited, delete all Customer Data in its systems or otherwise in its possession or under its control, and delete Customer’s instances of the Subscription Service.

Return of Customer Data. If Trane is responsible for storing or receiving Customer Data, Trane shall, at Customer’s sole discretion, deliver Customer Data to Customer in its preferred format within a commercially reasonable period of time following the expiration or earlier termination of the Agreement or, such earlier time as Customer requests, securely destroy or render unreadable or undecipherable each and every original and copy in every media of all Customer’s Data in Trane’s possession, custody or control no later than [90 days] after receipt of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s written instructions directing Trane to delete the Customer Data.

Return of Customer Data. ● Within 15-days after termination, upon written request OwnBackup will make the Service available for Customer to export Customer Data as provided in Section 2(a). ● After such 15-day period, OwnBackup has no obligation to maintain the Customer Data and will destroy the Customer Data after termination.
