Acknowledgement and Publicity Clause Samples
The Acknowledgement and Publicity clause governs how the parties may reference or publicize their relationship or the existence of the agreement. Typically, it sets out whether one or both parties can use the other's name, logo, or other identifying information in press releases, marketing materials, or public statements, and may require prior written consent before any such disclosure. This clause is essential for protecting the reputation and confidentiality of the parties, ensuring that neither is publicly associated with the other without explicit agreement, and preventing unauthorized or potentially damaging publicity.
