Acknowledgement and Understanding. The Host hereby acknowledges that he/she has completely read and fully understands the terms of this Agreement, and understands that The Host is giving up substantial rights, including the right to ▇▇▇. The Host signs this Agreement freely and voluntarily and with sound mind.

Acknowledgement and Understanding. (a) The client acknowledges that he or she has read this Retainer Agreement in its entirety, has had full opportunity to consider its terms, and has had full and satisfactory explanation of same, and fully understands its terms and agrees to such terms. Acknowledgement and Understanding. Executive acknowledges, understands and agrees that the Company has a legitimate business interest in being protected form certain activities by Executive after leaving employment because Executive during employment will use and have access to proprietary information and materials belonging to and developed by he Company which, if disclosed to or used by any competitor, would damage the company. Students who are not successful in online course completion may fall off pace to graduate on time. This may result in the student having to pursue alternate means to make up credits toward graduation.
