ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF AMENDMENTS Sample Clauses
The ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF AMENDMENTS clause serves to formally confirm that all parties to an agreement are aware of and accept any changes or modifications made to the original contract. Typically, this clause requires each party to acknowledge in writing any amendments, often by initialing or signing next to the changes or by referencing amendment documents. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties have a clear, mutual understanding of the current terms of the agreement, thereby preventing disputes over whether changes were properly communicated or agreed upon.
