Common use of Acknowledgments by the Employee Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgments by the Employee. The Employee acknowledges that (a) the Employee will be afforded access to Confidential Information; (b) public disclosure of such Confidential Information would have an adverse effect on the Employer and its Affiliates and its business; and (c) the provisions of this Section 6 are reasonable and necessary to prevent the improper use or disclosure of Confidential Information.

Acknowledgments by the Employee. The Employee acknowledges that (a) during the Employment Period, the Employee will be afforded access to Confidential Information; (b) public disclosure of such Confidential Information would could have an adverse effect on the Employer and its Affiliates and its business; and (c) the provisions of this Section 6 are reasonable and necessary to prevent the improper use or disclosure of Confidential Information.
