Acquisition Dates. The closing date with respect to the acquisition of any Property (each such date, an "Acquisition Date") shall occur on a Business Day on or after the Documentation Date (but not later than March 27, 2003) on which all the conditions precedent thereto set forth in this Section 6.1 shall have been satisfied or waived by the applicable parties as set forth herein.
