Across the Board Increases. All eligible faculty will be provided an across-the- board increase in salary equal to 2% drawn from the 5% pool defined in 23.1B of their May 1, 2004, base salary in 2004-05 and an additional 3.6% drawn from the 5.1% pool defined in 23.1B of their May 1, 2005, base salary in 2005-06.
