Across the Board Wage Increases. Wage Scale Adjustments: Wage scale adjustments are effective the first (1st) day of the first (1st) pay period beginning on or after March 1st of the applicable year stated on the wage scale unless specified differently below. Effective the first (1st) day of the first (1st) pay period following ratification, – a three percent (3.0%) across-the-board increase will be made retroactive to March 2, 2020. Effective the first (1st) day of the first (1st) pay period following March 1, 2021 – Two and one half percent (2.5%) increase across-the-board. Effective the first (1st) day of the first (1st) pay period following March 1, 2022 – Two and one half percent (2.5%) increase across-the-board.
