Common use of Act of Terrorism Clause in Contracts

Act of Terrorism. 13.3.1 For all territories other than England, Wales and Scotland a) endangers life other than that of the person committing the action; or b) involves violence against one or more persons; or c) involves damage to property; or d) creates a risk to health or safety of the public or a section of the public; or e) is designed to interfere with or to disrupt an electronic system.
