Terrorism Sample Clauses

A Terrorism clause defines how a contract addresses risks and responsibilities related to acts of terrorism. Typically, it specifies whether losses or damages resulting from terrorist acts are covered or excluded, and may outline procedures for notification, liability, or insurance requirements in such events. This clause is essential for clarifying the parties' obligations and managing uncertainty in situations where terrorism could impact contractual performance or cause significant loss.
