Common use of Action of the Board Clause in Contracts

Action of the Board. In the event that the disability of the Superintendent is a Long Term or Permanent Disability, as defined in subparagraph (b) of Section 4.2, the Board, may, in its discretion, and upon a re-determination of disability under subparagraph (c), terminate this Contract by providing the Superintendent with written notice of such termination.

Action of the Board. In the event that the disability of the Superintendent is a Long Term or Permanent Disability, as defined in subparagraph (b) 2 of Section 4.2the paragraph, the Board, may, in its discretion, and upon a re-determination of disability under subparagraph (c)3, terminate this Contract by providing the Superintendent with written notice of such termination.

In the event that the disability of the Superintendent is a Long Term or Permanent Disability, as defined in subparagraph (b) of Section 4.2this paragraph, the Board, may, in its discretion, and upon a re-determination redetermination of disability Long Term or Permanent Disability under subparagraph (c), terminate this Contract by providing the Superintendent with written notice of such termination.
