Action Tickets. Will▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇tomers are able to monitor and create Action Tickets (Trouble Tickets) for their Customer Care, Billing, and Operations issues. This feature gives customers direct access into the Will▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ion Ticket System (Remedy) used by Operations and Customer Care to resolve network and customer issues. Customer can monitor the status, activities, and projected resolution of their network issue. Will▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇S will interface with the Remedy system to allow Customers to perform the following functions on-line:
