Actions by the Issuer. All action to be taken by the Issuer under this Asset Pool One Supplement shall be taken by the Administrator on behalf of the Issuer and all notices to be given and/or received by the Issuer under this Asset Pool One Supplement shall be given and received by the Administrator.
