Common use of Actions by the Issuer Clause in Contracts

Actions by the Issuer. At the request of the Borrower or the Trustee, the Issuer shall take all steps required of it under the applicable provisions of the Indenture and the Series 2017 Bonds to effect the redemption of all or a portion of the Series 2017 Bonds pursuant to this Article V. The Borrower shall reimburse the Issuer for any reasonable expenses it may incur with respect to any actions it may be requested to take pursuant to this Section.

At the request of the Borrower Concessionaire or the Trustee, the Issuer shall take all steps required of it under the applicable provisions of the Indenture and the Series 2017 2014 Bonds to effect the redemption of all or a portion of the Series 2017 Bonds pursuant to this Article V. The Borrower Concessionaire shall reimburse the Issuer for any reasonable expenses it may incur with respect to any actions it may be requested to take pursuant to this Section.
