Active and Ongoing Clause Samples

The "Active and Ongoing" clause defines the requirement for certain actions, obligations, or services to be continuously performed or maintained throughout the duration of an agreement. In practice, this means that a party must not only initiate but also sustain their responsibilities—such as providing support, maintaining insurance, or ensuring compliance—without interruption for as long as the contract is in effect. This clause ensures that there are no lapses in performance or coverage, thereby protecting the interests of the parties by maintaining consistent standards and reducing the risk of disputes over intermittent or incomplete fulfillment.
Active and Ongoing. Case Load means documentation, by CONTRACTOR, of completion of the entry and evaluation documents into IRIS and documentation that the Clients are receiving services at a level and frequency and duration that is consistent with each Client’s level of impairment and treatment goals and consistent with individualized, solution-focused, evidenced-based practices.
