Receiving Services. To assist HemoSense in fulfilling purchase orders (“Accepted Territory Orders”), I-Med Pro shall provide HemoSense receiving services by accepting the delivery, on HemoSense’s behalf, of all Products that HemoSense intends to deliver within the Territory. Upon receipt of any such Products, I-Med Pro shall promptly inspect the Products and notify HemoSense of its receipt of the Products and of any defects discovered.
Receiving Services. 1. Upon completion of the intake process, CONTRACTOR must assign a counseling staff (WELCOMING COUNSELOR) to each child or youth who are admitted to the CENTER. 2. The WELCOMING COUNSELOR must make all the effort to warmly welcome each child or youth who arrives in the CENTER and make them feel as comfortable as possible. Each child or youth must be offered snacks, meals, and clothing, if needed, upon arrival. 3. Upon completion of the intake process, the WELCOMING COUNSELOR shall be primarily responsible for the following: a. Orientation to the CENTER including an explanation of the procedures and expectations. b. Proper introduction of the child or youth to the staff at the Center; c. Accompanying the child or youth during the health screening and assessment; d. Response to any questions that the child or youth may have; e. Setting of behavioral expectations and limits f. Engagement of each child or youth in activities g. Provision of comfort and nurture; and
Receiving Services. Company shall operate and maintain a Receiving Facility (Intermodal) at Centralia, Washington throughout the term of the Contract unless an alternative Receiving Facility is approved in writing by the County Representative.
Receiving Services. (i) Promptly receive, during the fruit receiving hours to be agreed upon by the parties, the Northland Products in quantities consistent with the forecasts provided by Northland to Ocean Spray and consistent with the schedule agreed to by the parties as provided in Sections 4.A. and B. (ii) Unload the deliveries of the Northland Products and reject any cranberries as provided in Section 4.C and Exhibit 2. (iii) Receive, clean and bin certain cranberries rejected as described in Section 4.C. (iv) Collect and analyze representative samples of Northland Products upon delivery according to the procedures and standards set forth on Exhibits 1 and 2 and retain samples and record and report the findings for each delivery according to the procedures and standards set forth in Exhibit 2 attached hereto. (v) Weigh and record the net weight results for each delivery. (vi) Clean and place the delivered Northland Products into bins for freezing, or, at Ocean Spray’s option, send the Northland Products directly for processing. (vii) Assign a Lot code to the Northland Products to allow specific identification and tracking of the Northland Products during storage and throughout processing into Concentrate. (viii) Provide all transportation necessary to ship the cleaned Northland Products to a freezer location, if necessary.
Receiving Services. 1.) Contractor shall accept Loaded Containers at the Receiving Facilities for Transport and Disposal pursuant to terms of the Contract. 2.) At the Receiving Facility, the Contractor will weigh each Container as it exits the Receiving Facility.

Receiving Services. (a) Specialty shall provide Conexant with receiving services, including the handling of raw materials, finished goods, returned goods, supplies and equipment. Such receiving services will be provided by Specialty from its operations located at the Fab. Specialty shall receive goods and materials on behalf of Conexant, promptly notify Conexant of such receipts, and deliver the received goods and materials to Conexant within the Conexant Campus. Specialty will also update all systems for Specialty and Conexant databases as necessary to support the receiving function. [...***...] (b) Specialty shall provide incoming inspections in accordance with its then-current standard procedures, a copy of which will be provided to Conexant upon its request. Specialty shall also, upon request, provide Conexant with information related to receiving metrics, including, but not limited to: quantity of receipts, type of receipts, etc. (c) To the extent not otherwise specifically provided for in this Section, the policies and procedures governing the receiving services provided by Specialty to Conexant hereunder shall be consistent with those policies and procedures set forth in Conexant's standard operating procedures [...***...] as in effect immediately prior to the Closing. The Parties may negotiate in good faith from time to time to revise such procedures as deemed necessary by either of the Parties. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and such standard operating procedures, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

  • Training Services All training services, including any Deliverables, are provided for Customer’s internal training purposes only. Customer may not replicate the Deliverables or use the Deliverables to develop any of the products described in such training Deliverables. Training Deliverables are not subject to any maintenance, support, or updates.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.
