Behavioral Expectations. Board members shall come to meetings prepared, having read all packet information provided in advance, and should participate in the consideration of all matters before the Board. Each Board member will ensure that he/she understands an issue before voting.
Behavioral Expectations. I and the Participant understand that participation in the Activity requires adherence to the behavioral expectations and rules of the Activity. These expectations and rules will be conveyed to the Participant during the Activity and are subject to change. Failure to comply with these expectations and rules will result in a dismissal from the Activity. Any dismissal from the Activity as a result of my or the Participant’s failure to adhere to the behavioral expectations shall not entitle me or the Participant to any refund, full or partial.
Behavioral Expectations. 1. Throughout the Event, Licensee shall ensure that any Adults participating in an Event shall not:
a. Be alone with a Minor. If one-on-one interaction is necessary, the interaction must take place in an area visible to others to ensure there is no opportunity for privacy.
b. Enter a facility in use by a Minor such as a bathroom, locker room, residence hall room (if applicable), or similar area without another Adult present, consistent with the requirement of avoiding one-on-one contact with Minors.
2. Minors shall be restricted to designated general-use facilities such as athletic fields, public spaces, academic buildings. Places off-limits to Minors include: storage rooms, equipment rooms, athletic training rooms, staff/faculty offices, closets, attics, unfinished basement space, and other areas not needed for Event activities.
3. Minors shall be prohibited from utilizing equipment that poses special hazards such as: • -Power tools • -Scaffolds, ladders, and similar equipment involving heights • -Cooking equipment involving heat such as rotisseries, deep fryers, and grills • -Food slicers • -Kilns • -Lawn mowers • -Golf carts, gators, or other motorized vehicles • -Hoisting apparatus • -Compactors
4. Licensee shall assign a supervisory Adult to be on-site and available to Minors at all times.

Behavioral Expectations. I/We understand and acknowledge that the Student is expected to abide by all School regulations during the course of the Field Trip. I/We agree that School has the right to terminate the Student’s participation in the Field Trip for any behavior deemed detrimental to the School, the program or to the Student.

Our Embers of Hope Camp strives to create a safe and stimulating environment for all campers - an environment where sensitivity, respect for others, and cooperation are valued. We have developed and maintain “Acceptable Behavior Guidelines” for all campers. Campers will be expected to show respect and courtesy towards others and their property. Campers will be expected to choose appropriate behaviors and language while encouraging others to do the same. Campers will be expected to think beforehand about the results of their actions and how they might affect others. Campers will be expected to solve disagreements by listening, discussing and compromising. We have developed and maintain “Unacceptable Behavior” for campers with the intent this be a guide for general behavior. Campers will not be allowed to threaten, bully or harass any other camper or staff members. Campers will not be allowed to bring iPods, cell phones, or other electronic devices to camp. Campers will not be allowed to use profanity at camp. Campers will not be allowed to smoke or possess tobacco products at any time. Campers will not be allowed to possess alcohol and/or illicit drugs at camp. Campers will not be allowed to act in a manner that exhibits racist or sexist activities or humor.
Behavioral Expectations. If a student frequently behaves in an unacceptable manner, Guides will consult with the HOS and with the student’s parents/guardians. If necessary, the school will suspend a student for up to three days at a time. More extreme measures (disenrollment) may be taken if the student and their parents/guardians are unable to work with the school to resolve behavioral issues successfully. Behavior may reflect a need for counseling, educational/psychological screening or other professional support. Parents/guardians are expected to work with faculty for the student's best interest. This may include hiring an outside consultant to work with the family and school.
Behavioral Expectations. Parent will comply with, and will ensure that Student complies with, any applicable School policies, rules, or standards of academic and social behavior. Client, in its sole discretion, may suspend or dismiss Student from the School, as provided in Section 5.3.

The University will not move or store furniture. • If an incident between roommates occurs, the University reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove or relocate either or both student(s) from the assigned residential space. • The University may immediately suspend or remove the student from University housing if the University determines the student’s continued occupancy poses substantial risk of harm to the health, safety, and/or welfare of others or unduly interrupts University operations. If the University removes the student from University housing, the University will not refund room, meal plan, or any other charges, and the student will be responsible for the room, meal plan, and any other charges under this Contract. • At any time, if the University determines, in its sole discretion, based on the student’s past behavior or criminal activity, that the student’s continued occupancy poses substantial risk of harm to the health, safety, and/or welfare of others or unduly interrupts University operations, the University may remove the student from University housing.
