Unable to Work definition

Unable to Work means the determination by the Company, following an interactive process, that Employee has become physically or mentally incapable of performing Employee’s essential job functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation, following any period during which such status would be protected under applicable law.
Unable to Work means not able to work and not able to work part time.
Unable to Work means the temporary inability of the First Life Assured to follow any occupation for which they are reasonably suited by training, education or experience.

More Definitions of Unable to Work

Unable to Work means the employer has work for an employee but one of the COVID-19 qualifying reasons prevents the employee from being able to work, either at normal worksite or by means of telework.
Unable to Work means that work is assigned and scheduled but the employee cannot perform the work remotely. It does not mean that there is no work to be assigned. (Example: A wage employee is assigned to sell tickets to events in a box office. There are no events being held and there are no tickets to be sold. This employee has no work assigned and is not scheduled to work.)
