Common use of Active Materials Clause in Contracts

Active Materials. Except (i) as expressly set forth in Section 2.2, (ii) in connection with the Exceptions, (iii) [***] and (iv) as otherwise provided under this Agreement, Patheon will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Active Materials and Patheon’s maximum responsibility for loss or damage to the Active Materials will not exceed the Maximum Credit Value set forth in Schedule D of a Product Agreement.
