Activities carried Clause Samples

The "Activities carried" clause defines the specific actions, tasks, or services that a party is responsible for performing under an agreement. It typically outlines the scope of work, detailing what activities are included or excluded, and may specify timelines, deliverables, or standards to be met. By clearly delineating these responsibilities, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes by ensuring both parties have a mutual understanding of what is expected.
