Common use of Acts to be Performed Clause in Contracts

Acts to be Performed. Each party shall use its best endeavors to execute all documents, and do and procure to be done all such acts and things as are reasonably within its power to ensure the Approval is obtained as soon as is reasonably practicable after execution of this Agreement.
