Ad Hoc Meetings Clause Samples

The Ad Hoc Meetings clause establishes the right or procedure for parties to convene meetings outside of regularly scheduled sessions as needed. Typically, this clause outlines who can call such meetings, the notice required, and the topics that may be addressed, such as urgent business decisions or unforeseen issues. Its core function is to provide flexibility and responsiveness, ensuring that important matters can be discussed and resolved promptly without waiting for the next scheduled meeting.
