Ad Serving. Apple shall (i) solicit and sell advertising campaigns (from advertisers and advertising agencies (collectively, the "Advertisers") to be placed on the Mobile Properties, (ii) serve advertisements on the Mobile Properties, but only to the extent requested by Developer and accepted by Apple; and (iii) provide Developer with online reporting that details the campaign’s key metrics (collectively, the "Services”). Between the parties, Apple shall have sole control over Advertisers and advertising campaigns served to Mobile Properties.

Ad Serving. Failure to deliver because of technical difficulties does not represent a failure to meet the delivery obligations of this Agreement.
Ad Serving theglobe or its designee shall be solely responsible for serving all advertisements and promotions in connection with the Co-Branded Pages. theglobe shall provide Boxlot with ad serving code, which Boxlot shall implement at its own expense on all Co-Branded Pages. theglobe hereby grants to Boxlot a nonexclusive license to use such code solely to permit theglobe or its designee to serve ads in connection with the Co-Branded Pages. Boxlot shall notify theglobe at least 15 days prior to making any changes that would affect serving ads on the Co-Branded Pages.
Ad Serving. Microsoft shall serve all of the Advertising Inventory. Advertising Inventory sold by Net2Phone shall be served by Microsoft via a redirect to a third party ad serving solution sourced by Net2Phone. Net2Phone shall be responsible for all tracking, reporting, and billing requirements for such third party ad serving solution. The Parties shall mutually define and implement operational processes, which shall include, but not be limited to, insertion/order entry and issue escalation. In the event that the Parties mutually and reasonably agree that Microsoft's advertising serving solution is inadequate, then the Parties shall develop an alternative advertising serving solution mutually agreeable to both Parties.
