Addition of a Party. A Party may be added to this Coordination Agreement only upon its execution of a counterpart of this Agreement and its provision of any additional documentation required by Sections 3.1.2 a) through 3.1.2 d) of this Coordination Agreement. No Party may be added that is not within the Delta-Mendota Subbasin or that fails to execute an agreement to share in Coordinated Plan Expenses, unless such payment is waived by consent of all Parties.

Addition of a Party. A Party may be added to this MOA only upon the unanimous vote of Coordination Committee members at a regular or special meeting, the Party’s execution of a counterpart of this MOA, and its provision of any additional documentation required by this MOA. No Party may be added that is not a GSA within the Subbasin or that fails to share in GSP coordinated expenses.

  • Service by the Indemnitee The Indemnitee shall serve and/or continue to serve as a director or officer of the Company faithfully and to the best of the Indemnitee’s ability so long as the Indemnitee is duly elected or appointed and until such time as the Indemnitee’s successor is elected and qualified or the Indemnitee is removed as permitted by applicable law or tenders a resignation in writing.

  • TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon fifteen (15) days written notice. No modification to the Agreement can be made without written approval of City and IC.   • Duration of Agreement and Protected Data Upon Termination or Expiration ● The Master Agreement commences on August 1, 2020 and expires on July 30, 2021.

  • Modification or Termination The Loan Documents may only be modified or terminated by a written instrument or instruments intended for that purpose and executed by the party against which enforcement of the modification or termination is asserted. Any alleged modification or termination which is not so documented shall not be effective as to any party.
