Common use of Addition of Members Clause in Contracts

Addition of Members. Any metropolitan district organized pursuant to the Act may request to become a CAB District upon its organization, subject to: (a) obtaining the unanimous agreement of the CAB Board, (b) obtaining the unanimous consent of the requesting metropolitan district’s board of directors, and (c) requesting metropolitan district’s execution of this CABEA.
