Additional Arrangements Clause Samples
The 'Additional Arrangements' clause allows parties to specify any extra terms, conditions, or logistical details that are not covered elsewhere in the main agreement. This may include provisions for special delivery instructions, unique payment schedules, or other bespoke requirements tailored to the specific needs of the parties involved. By providing a designated section for such supplementary agreements, this clause ensures that all relevant details are formally documented, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and ensuring that both parties are clear on their respective obligations.
