Common use of Additional Cards Clause in Contracts

Additional Cards. First Data will provide the Acquiring Services to the Company also for its transactions that are initiated with Cards issued by additional Networks (other than those falling under clause 1.1) that are identified in this Agreement. A Card is a card, code, device, or other means allowing access to a credit, debit, prepaid, stored value, or similar account. An Additional Card is a Card issued by American Express Company (or its affiliates) and others as agreed.
