Common use of Additional Certification Clause in Contracts

Additional Certification. Any RIFed faculty member who obtains additional certification, qualifications, or retraining while on a recall list shall be entitled to update his/her records with the District human resources office. A faculty member on a recall list may request a change of his/her designation or RIF unit during the first week of October of each year.
