Common use of Additional Contribution Clause in Contracts

Additional Contribution. Upon demand of either party hereto, the Joint Apprenticeship Committee shall review the expenses incurred by the Fund in the operation of and the carrying out of the ap- prenticeship program to determine whether or not the current contribution is sufficient to pay the necessary and proper costs of this program. It is agreed that in the event that an increase in said contribution is warranted by economic conditions during the term of this Agree- ment, such increase shall be negotiated by the Joint Ar- bitration Board and made a part of this Agreement. Such increased contribution shall not become effective until fifteen (15) days prior written notice is given to all Employers who sign this Agreement.
