Common use of Additional Coverage Clause in Contracts

Additional Coverage. If an Education Assistant elects to purchase group insurance fringe benefits offered by the school District, which results in monthly premium charges greater than the amount allocated to the Education Assistant’s account pursuant to Section 10-1, any cost in excess of the Education Assistant’s monthly allocation shall be borne by the Education Assistant and paid by payroll deduction.
