Additional Delivery. In addition to the Material set forth herein, in case the Recipient requests the Provider, with any reasonable causes, any additional delivery or replacement of the Material during the Term of Agreement hereunder by giving written notice in advance, the Provider shall prepare and deliver the Material to the Recipient; provided that, the Recipient shall be responsible for any costs incurred thereof (if any).
