a. All materials shall be new and undamaged. If any materials are found to be damaged or in any other way inferior to the requirements in this Section, the Contractor shall replace at no extra cost to the Department.
b. The end of Material Delivery for the project as a whole is a Milestone.
c. This Milestone does not relieve the Contractor of on-site support and correction of faulty materials as referenced in this Section.
