Additional Duties. The Trust agrees that it shall advise UMBFS at least 30 days prior to effecting any change in the Prospectus which would increase or alter the duties and obligations of UMBFS hereunder, and shall proceed with such change only if it shall have received the written consent of UMBFS thereto.
