Additional Duty Days Clause Samples

The 'Additional Duty Days' clause defines the conditions under which an employee may be required to work extra days beyond their standard contract period. Typically, this clause outlines how such days are assigned, whether they are mandatory or voluntary, and how compensation or time off is handled for these additional days. For example, it may specify that teachers must attend certain training sessions or school events outside the regular academic calendar. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties understand expectations regarding extra workdays, thereby preventing disputes and clarifying compensation or obligations for work performed beyond the usual schedule.
