Length of Contract. As a part of your community’s program, your service from DESE will commence with your next available meter reading after processing of enrollment by your electric utility, and will continue for the term as specified in the opt-out notification, ending on your meter read for the last month of service.
Length of Contract. In addition to the certificated employee base contract, certificated employees may work fourteen (14) thirty (30) additional District approved hours on planning, coordination, and school improvement issues. These hours will be paid by supplemental contract at the per diem rate as set forth in Article III, Section 5-A. Pay will be based on a seven (7) hour day seven and one half (7.5) hour day.

Length of Contract. The contracts for all returning teachers in 2011-13 shall include at least 189.5 duty days as scheduled by the Board. Classroom teaching days shall not exceed 183 days. The first-year contract for all teachers beginning employment in U.S.D. 323 shall not exceed 190.5 days. For 2013-14, teacher duty days will increase by one.
