Common use of Additional Instructions Clause in Contracts

Additional Instructions. The Escrow Agent may from time to time request further information, instructions or direction from DGSE or the Stockholder Agent, as the case may be, as it reasonably deems necessary in the performance of its duties hereunder, and DGSE or the Stockholder Agent, as applicable, shall use their respective commercially reasonable efforts promptly to provide such information, instructions or direction, upon which the Escrow Agent may conclusively rely.
