Additional Interim Actions. Except as provided for in I.B.3., DEQ will not require further interim action by Dow before January of 2006 unless new information becomes available that indicates further immediate actions in advance of a remedial action plan must be taken to protect human health or the environment. Dow always has the flexibility to voluntarily implement IRAs other than Priority 1 IRAs at any time.
