Common use of Additional Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Additional Letters of Credit. In addition to the AIG Payment Commitment set forth in this Agreement, TCC may also obtain one or more Additional Letters of Credit to further support TransCore bonding requirements. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, AIG Highstar shall have no obligation to make any AIG Highstar Payment until any and all Additional Letters of Credit have been fully drawn upon pursuant to their terms.
