Additional License Rights. The contractor and its subcontractors are not required to provide the Government additional rights to use, modify, reproduce, release, perform, display, or disclose technical data or computer software. However, if the Government desires to obtain additional rights in technical data or computer software, the contractor agrees to promptly enter into negotiations with the Contracting Officer to determine whether acceptable terms for transferring such rights can be reached. All technical data and computer software in which the contractor grants the Government additional rights shall be listed or described in a special license agreement made part of this contract. The license shall specifically enumerate the additional rights granted the Government.
Additional License Rights. In the event that Licensee acquires rights under the License Agreement to additional Authorized Workstations or Authorized Users ("Additional Seats"), ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ and Licensee shall both execute an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the increase in a supplemental Table A (numbered ▇-▇, ▇-▇ and so forth).
Additional License Rights. If Licensee wishes to increase the number of Authorized Workstations, Authorized Users or Fee Based Servers, then Licensee shall submit a purchase order to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ for the quantity of additional Authorized Workstations, Authorized Users and Fee-Based Servers desired at the rates and in the minimum blocks for increasing licensed usage specified in Schedule 3 (if any). Under no circumstances shall any of such rights extend beyond the period in which Distributor has the right to distribute the Software. If no rate or minimum is specified, then ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ and Licensee shall negotiate in good faith to determine a mutually satisfactory rate and minimum license amount, and shall both execute an amendment to this Agreement reflecting such terms in supplemental Tables A and B (numbered ▇-▇, ▇-▇ and so forth). Upon execution of the amendment, Licensee may (i) install the Server Software on the additional Fee-Based Servers; (ii) install the Client Software on the additional Authorized Workstations; and (iii) increase the number of Authorized Users accordingly. If Licensee increases the number of Fee-Based Servers, then Licensee shall also notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ of (a) the model, serial number and ID of the server on which the Server Software is to be installed, and its IP address, host ID and/or disk ID, and (b) the location of the Licensed Site.
Additional License Rights. In addition to the Products listed above, HSNS may license to End Users and Authorized Sublicensees, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the right to create a product utilizing the DLL which product cannot have any more functionality or uses or applications than any single Product of the Products listed above in Part 1, pursuant to a License Agreement or Sublicensee Agreement, each of which must be agreed to in advance in writing by LTD. Although the DLL is not a Product, the foregoing additional license rights shall be included in the definition of Product hereunder.
Additional License Rights ln additional to the license rights set forth in Section 2 (License Rights and Restrictions) of the Agreement, Codasip hereby grants to Licensee a non-transferable, nonexclusive, royalty free license (without right of sublicense) for the Term (as defined in Section 9 below) to manufacture and have manufactured integrated circuits which incorporate Codasip Products solely for the Purpose limited in quantity to that customarily manufactured in prototype runs.

If a patent or patent application is added as a Licensed Patent pursuant to this Section 2.4, Abraxis will amend Exhibit 1.40 to reflect such addition. The Parties acknowledge and agree that Abraxis, in accordance with this Section 2.4, will update Exhibit 1.40 from time-to-time to reflect the issuance of patent claims that specifically claim the Licensed Product and which are considered Licensed Patents pursuant to this Agreement.
2.4.2 In addition, at any time during the Term, AADi may provide written notice to Abraxis requesting that [***]. Additional License Rights. Effective if and when MiniMed's distribution rights under Section 5.1 become nonexclusive or MRG repurchases rights pursuant to Section 7.6.1
(a) MiniMed hereby grants to MRG:
(a) a fully paid-up, royalty-free license limited to the field of use of implantable infusion pumps on all Technology that is developed by MiniMed through the date such distribution rights become non-exclusive or the date MRG repurchases such rights, but only if and to the extent such Technology is then utilized in a Licensed Product; and
(b) a license to any software that has been developed by MiniMed through January 31, 2003 which is then being utilized in a Licensed Product which provides insulin dosage based upon a glucose sensor and is patented, constitutes a trade secret or is the subject of a pending patent application, but only if and to the extent such Technology is then utilized in a Licensed Product.
Additional License Rights. During the Term of this Agreement, ADAM ▇▇▇ees to make a good faith effort to review any CNN-NS proposal for the right to relicense the ADAM ▇▇▇ges via Television outside of the Territory; provided, however, that ADAM ▇▇▇ll retain the right to negotiate such rights with any other party, and ADAM ▇▇▇ll be under no obligation to enter into any agreement with CNN-NS, accept any CNN-NS offer or allow CNN-NS to match any other offer or to otherwise grant CNN-NS the right to license the ADAM ▇▇▇ges for exhibition via Television outside of the Territory.

Additional License Rights. Nevron grants you a limited, nonexclusive license to distribute the assemblies in the Software, so long as you redistribute such content in its entirety and do not modify such content in any way.
