Section 7.6.1 Clause Samples
Section 7.6.1. 4 Overtime assignments will be distributed in accordance with the seniority provisions as 5 hereinafter provided. In the assignment of overtime, the District agrees to provide the 6 employee with as much advance notice as practicable in the circumstances. Normally, an 7 employee designated to work overtime on days outside the workweek will be advised of the 8 possibility no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the last shift assignment 9 before the overtime commences.
Section 7.6.1. 2 All hours worked on Sundays and holidays shall be compensated at time and one-half.
Section 7.6.1. 36 Both parties agree that, due to school closures caused by inclement weather, the classified 37 employees shall suffer no loss of pay because of make-up days being waived by the State of 38 Washington. 39 40 Furthermore, both parties agree that the following options shall be made available to affected 41 employees not required to work during suspended operations/road restrictions:
42 1. Annual Leave (vacation), personal leave, emergency leave.
43 2. Leave without pay.
44 3. Reasonable opportunity to make up work time lost as a result of suspended 45 operation/road restrictions.
Section 7.6.1. 47 When a PSE District employee is subbing for food service delivery, they will be paid the food 48 service delivery rate of pay on the first day of substituting based on employees seniority.
Section 7.6.1 all events where rent is paid at the school building a custodian shall be present and paid 8 on Schedule A.
Section 7.6.1. 18 All employees working more than eight (8) hours per day or more than forty (40) hours per 19 week shall be compensated at the overtime rate of pay; providing it is authorized by the 20 employee's immediate administrative supervisor. If an emergency exists, the authorization will 21 be waived.

Section 7.6.1. Employees shall notify the District of their intent to return to work within ten (10) working days 3 of receiving their notice of reasonable assurance.
Section 7.6.1. 33 The returning employee will be assigned to the same or similar position occupied before the 34 leave of absence. Employees hired to fill positions of employees on leave of absence will be 35 hired for a specific period of time, during which they shall be subject to all provisions of this 36 Agreement. It shall be the responsibility of the Employer to inform replacement employees of 37 these provisions. If a current classified employee was hired to fill the leave of absence position, 38 that employee will return to his/her previous position. If the position is not available, the 39 employee will be assigned to a similar position in pay and benefits as previously held. 40
