Additional Locations. In the event Horizon desires to market, distribute or sell the Products in any location not set forth in Section 1.8 (or previously designated pursuant to this Section 2.6), then Mikart shall, at Horizon's request, cooperate in good faith with Horizon to obtain any Health Registrations necessary or appropriate therefor (and Horizon shall pay all of Mikart's reasonable out-of-pocket expenses therefor); provided, however, Horizon shall not market, distribute or sell any Products in such locations unless and until Mikart obtains such Health Registrations.

Additional Locations. Employee will serve at such other locations as may be directed by Employer (the "Other Location"). Such Other Location shall not be located more than twenty-five (25) miles from the Office, unless mutually agreed upon and designated in writing.

Additional Locations. During the Term, in the event that additional Designated Areas for EV charging equipment will be needed, either on the Property or at another Client- owned/leased/managed location, Provider shall have the exclusive option to provide, operate, and service the Equipment at said location (“Additional Equipment”). The Additional Equipment shall be listed and added to Schedule II, the new locations shall be added to the list of the Designated Areas (Schedule I), and all terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply to the Additional Equipment.

Additional Locations. In the event TEAMM desires to market, distribute or sell the Products in any location not set forth in Section 1.8 (or previously designated pursuant to this Section 2.4), then Mikart shall, at TEAMM’s request, cooperate in good faith with TEAMM to obtain any Health Registrations necessary or appropriate therefore (and TEAMM shall pay all of Mikart’s reasonable out-of-pocket expenses therefore); provided, however, TEAMM shall not market, distribute or sell any Products in such locations unless and until such Health Registrations are obtained.

Additional Locations. At TxDOT’s option, the scope of the Project may be expanded to include additional Locations upon notice to DB Contractor, with adjustments to the Price and Completion Deadlines being determined in accordance with Section 13. For any expansions of the Project exercised by TxDOT pursuant to this Section 2.3 within six months following the Financial Proposal Due Date with respect to any Locations identified on Exhibit I to the ITP that are not included on Exhibit 20 to this DBC as of the Effective Date, notwithstanding the terms of Section 13, the adjustment in the Price as a result of the exercise of TxDOT’s option to expand the scope of the Project to include any such Location shall equal the lump-sum price identified by DB Contractor on Forms M-1.2 and M-1.3 submitted in response to the RFP with respect to such applicable Location(s). For any expansions of the Project exercised by TxDOT pursuant to this Section 2.3 prior to or upon issuance of NTP2 (but in no event later than six months following the Financial Proposal Due Date), with respect to any Locations identified on Exhibit I to the ITP that are not included on Exhibit 20 to this DBC as of the Effective Date, notwithstanding the terms of Section 13, the adjustment (if any) to the Completion Deadlines as a result of the exercise of TxDOT’s option to expand the scope of the Project to include any such Location shall derived from the Preliminary Baseline Project Schedule submitted by DB Contractor in response to the RFP with respect to such applicable Location(s).

Additional Locations. In the event Vertical desires to market, distribute or sell the Product in any location not set forth in Section 1.8 or previously added to the Territory pursuant to this Section 3.6 (each a “Location”), then Mikart and Vertical shall cooperate in good faith to obtain any governmental or regulatory consents, registrations, approvals or permits (collectively, the “Approvals”) necessary or appropriate therefore (and Vertical shall pay all of Mikart’s reasonable out-of-pocket expenses related thereto). Once the Approvals have been obtained, the Location shall automatically be deemed to be part of the Territory for purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, Vertical shall not market, distribute or sell any Product in a Location unless and until the Approvals are obtained.

Additional Locations. While this Agreement may identify specific locations to be serviced, it is hereby agreed and understood that any COUNTY department or facility may be added or deleted to the Contract at the option of the COUNTY. The location change will be addressed by formal Contract modification. The COUNTY may obtain price quotes for the additional facilities from other vendors if fair and reasonable pricing is not obtained from CONSULTANT, or for other reasons at the COUNTY’S sole discretion. It is hereby agreed and understood that the COUNTY may delete service locations when such service is no longer required, upon fourteen (14) calendar days’ written notice to the CONSULTANT.

Additional Locations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in Section 4.03, Franchisor agrees that it shall not unreasonably reject or withhold any consent to Franchisee’s application for an Additional Location, provided the proposed Additional Location is within Franchisee’s Exclusive Territory or Protected Territory.
