Common use of Additional Observations Clause in Contracts

Additional Observations. In addition to observations for the Required Evaluations (9.2) the principal or other supervisors may make observations at any time during the school year. Suggestions or comments about the additional observations will be made available to the employee in a written report, as described above, if the information may be used in the final evaluation. The employee or the supervisor may request a meeting to discuss the observation and report.
