Additional Observations. In addition to the observations required under paragraph 2.b. above, the employee’s supervisor may make additional observations during other periods of time. Observations that might later be used in an employee’s final evaluation shall be documented on the observation form and a copy shall be given to the employee within five (5) days of the observation.
