Additional or Special Services. If additional or special services are required, CUSTOMER and LOOMIS agree to negotiate fees for these other services. All additional or special services must be evidenced and agreed to in a signed amendment to this Agreement.
Additional or Special Services. Additional or special services, which are outside the scope of basic services as above described, as jointly agreed between Golfsmith and Hardy in writing, shall be performed by Hardy upon authorization from Golfsmith and paid for as hereinafter provided.
Additional or Special Services. 2.1 If authorized in writing by OWNER, ENGINEER shall furnish or obtain Additional or Special Services of the following types which are not considered normal or customary Basic Services except to the extent provided otherwise in EXHIBIT B “Further Description of Engineering Services and Related Matters: Services to be Provided by the Engineer”; compensation to the ENGINEER shall be as provided in Article 4. 2.1.1 Preparation of applications and supporting documents for governmental grants, loans or advances in connection with the PROJECT; preparation or review of environmental assessments and impact statements; review and evaluation of the effect on the design requirements of the PROJECT of any such statements and documents prepared by others; and assistance in obtaining approvals of authorities having jurisdiction over the anticipated environmental impact of the PROJECT. 2.1.2 Services resulting from significant changes in extent of the PROJECT or its design including, but not limited to, changes in size, complexity, OWNER's schedule, or character of construction or method of financing; and revising previously accepted studies, reports, design documents or Contract Documents when such revisions are due to causes beyond ENGINEER's control.
Additional or Special Services. No changes or adjustments will be made in the maximum total fee as set forth in Section 1.3 as a result of the performance of additional or special services unless the Director has authorized in writing the change or adjustment in fee and said change or adjustment in fee has been accepted by the Consultant in writing.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant- assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Additional G-Cloud services 30.1 The Buyer may require the Supplier to provide Additional Services. The Buyer doesn’t have to buy any Additional Services from the Supplier and can buy services that are the same as or similar to the Additional Services from any third party. 30.2 If reasonably requested to do so by the Buyer in the Order Form, the Supplier must provide and monitor performance of the Additional Services using an Implementation Plan.

  • Disaster Services In the event of a local, state, or federal emergency, including natural, man-made, criminal, terrorist, and/or bioterrorism events, declared as a state disaster by the Governor, or a federal disaster declared by the appropriate federal official, Grantee may be called upon to assist the System Agency in providing the following services: i. Community evacuation; ii. Health and medical assistance; iii. Assessment of health and medical needs; iv. Health surveillance; v. Medical care personnel; vi. Health and medical equipment and supplies; vii. Patient evacuation; viii. In-hospital care and hospital facility status; ix. Food, drug and medical device safety; x. Worker health and safety; xi. Mental health and substance abuse; xii. Public health information; xiii. Vector control and veterinary services; and xiv. Victim identification and mortuary services.

  • Local Utility Services XOOM is an independent retail marketer of natural gas and is not affiliated with your local utility. Your local utility will continue to deliver your natural gas, read your meter, send your bill, and make necessary repairs. Your local utility will also respond to emergencies and provide other basic utility services as required. XOOM is not an agent of your local utility and your utility will not be liable for any of XOOM’s acts, omissions, or representations.

  • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
