Additional Reimbursable Service Expenses. At the request of Licensee, any special facilities, equipment, materials, and extra services that are furnished by NSU for the Event that have not been included in the Reimbursable Services Expenses will be billed to Licensee as per 6 (b) above.
Additional Reimbursable Service Expenses. In addition to the fixed License Fee set forth in Section 5(a) above, Licensee agrees to pay additional reimbursable Service Expenses, including the Services described in Section 5(b) above. Additional Reimbursable Service Expenses. At the request of Licensee, the following special facilities, equipment, materials, and extra services will be furnished by ASM GLOBAL for the Event. They are included in the License Fee: stage, table linens, tables, chairs, catering of a single entrée buffet for the number of guests provided based on the tiered license fee structure, a chocolate fountain for the number of guests provided based on the tiered license fee structure, soft drinks and water for all attendees throughout the evening of the event and parking in Lot O. Not withstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, in the event state, local officials, or the university enact guidelines involving COVID 19, all additional costs to facilitate these guidelines should be considered reimbursable expenses to BB&T Arena.

Based upon an expense report and customary backup documentation delivered by ASM GLOBAL (e.g. invoices, etc.), Licensee will reimburse ASM GLOBAL for all expenses directly incurred by ASM GLOBAL in connection with the reimbursable services expenses.
